TWIN and the University of Minnesota is hosting this spring's Speedo Champs on Wednesday, March 10 thru Saturday, March 13 at the Aquatic Center.  This is a great opportunity for our Pre-Senior and Senior Red swimmers with cuts to experience Senior competition from around the region.

This is a Senior meet with time standards that are at or faster than 15-16 zone times.  Swimmers without individual cuts may participate on relays so please confirm you are available for this meet.

Bonus Swims:  Swimmers with 1 qualifying time can swim up to 2 bonus race (no cuts for bonus), swimmers with 2 qualifying times can swim 1 bonus race, and swimmers with 3 or more qualifying times do not get to enter any additional bonus events.

Cost:  $10.00 per swim, $20.00 per relay ($5.00 per person on relay) plus $5.00 to be in the meet
